Terms

Terms of service.

Last updated 22 October 2026.

1. Who we are and what this is

GHL Lead Central (“we”, “us”) provides a directory of businesses that publicly use the GoHighLevel platform, with the business contact details those companies publish themselves. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HighLevel Inc. “GoHighLevel” and “HighLevel” are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe the businesses in the directory.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. There is no password. Keep your mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must give a real email address that you control. One account is for one person or one business; do not share it or sell access to it. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

You must be at least 18 and acting for a business or for your own professional activity. The service is not for consumers.

3. What you receive

Plan names, prices and weekly pool sizes are shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods. A change never reduces what you already paid for in the current period.

4. How you may use the leads

5. Plans, payment and renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance each month through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and are exclusive of taxes unless stated; taxes that apply to you are added at checkout. We never see or store your card number. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access to the paid plan continues until the end of the period you paid for. See the cancellation and refund policy.

If a payment fails we may keep your access for a short time while the payment is retried, and then return your account to the free plan.

6. Accuracy and no guarantee

Websites change and no list is perfect. Details can be missing (shown as “missing”) or out of date, a business can have closed after we checked it, and an email address that is published on a website may not reach a person. We give no guarantee that a lead is a good prospect, that a business will reply, that you will win any customer, or that a contact method works. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

7. Businesses in the directory

Businesses can ask to be removed at any time on the removal page. When we remove a business we stop sending it to anyone, and we may ask you to stop contacting it. See how we handle business data.

8. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, or loss that results from how you use the leads, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. You are responsible for claims, fines and costs that arise from your own outreach, and you agree to cover us for them if your use breaks these terms or the law.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by replying to any email we send you. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts other people or the service at risk, with a refund of the unused part of the current period if the reason is not your fault. We may also change, pause or stop parts of the service; if we end a paid plan, we refund the unused part of the period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you or show a notice before it applies. Using the service after the date a change applies means you accept it.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of the service is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any consumer-protection rights you may have where you live. If you contact us first, we will try to settle any complaint in good faith before either of us goes to court.

12. Contact

Reply to any email we send you. For a business that wants to be removed, use the removal page.
