How we handle business data.
Last updated 22 October 2026.
This notice is for the businesses in our directory and for the people who work at them. If you are our customer, read the privacy policy as well.
What the directory contains
For each business: its name, website, a short description of what it does, its industry and country, region and city where known, and the contact details the business publishes on its own website, such as a general email address, a phone number, or a link to a contact form or booking page. A score from 0 to 100 shows how closely the business fits our directory.
We do not guess or build email addresses, we do not buy lists, and we do not collect private or sensitive information. The information comes from what companies make public themselves.
Why we process it
We process this business information to run a directory that helps agencies and freelancers find business customers, which is our legitimate interest. For the businesses it is a normal business-to-business listing of information they published to be contacted about their services. We check the interests of the businesses and the people at them against ours: we limit what we keep to published business contact details, we pass on only general role addresses (such as info@) for companies in the EU, the UK and nearby countries, and we make opting out easy.
Who receives it
Our customers, who are businesses that use the details to contact companies about their services, under rules that require them to follow the law and to honour opt-outs (see the acceptable use policy). Our service providers (hosting and email) process it for us.
How we check it
We check the websites again from time to time and again just before a lead is delivered to a customer. Websites that are gone, parked or “coming soon” are not sent.
How long we keep it
As long as the business is active and listed. A business that stops publishing its details or whose website no longer exists is no longer sent to customers. A removal request is handled at once, and you remain on a suppression list afterwards so that you are not added again.
Your rights
- Remove or object. Use the removal page with the website or email address. We stop sending it to anyone, usually within days and at most within 30 days. Details that a customer already received cannot be taken back, but our rules require customers to honour opt-outs.
- See, correct or delete. Where the law gives you the right, you can ask what we hold about you or your business and have it corrected or deleted. Use the same page or reply to any message from us.
- Complain. You can complain to your data protection authority.
If a person (rather than a company) is identifiable in the data, for example a sole trader, a named email address or a personal phone number, you have the same rights as any individual, and you can object to our processing at any time.
Not affiliated
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HighLevel Inc., and being listed does not mean the business is a customer or partner of ours.
